The dishes itself strive for a Michelin Star award due to their taste and plate presentation. Arrive at magic hour and your lucky to catch the smooth tunes of the amazing Whaletone grand piano…

    But the aesthetic experience doesn’t stop there.  Every detail of the cylindrical Fletcher Hotel Amsterdam, from the lighting arrangements, to the round seats, to the cylindrical shower stations, to the large, circular windows, to The Dream (one of the largest chandeliers in the world) reflects the Fletcher’s fascination with round objects and wholeness, reflected by it’s opulent style.  The whole building, from the interior to the exterior—even the view from the Skybar—is a feast for the eyes.
