From the 4th until the 7th of September ‘We Like Art’ in collaboration with top galleries is organising a unique selling exhibition to new audiences of potential art buyers at the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam. A showing of 150 works by 100 artists will be on display with almost all works under the price of €1500.
The Start buying Art concept comes from the idea of providing high art in an accessible way to a group of starter buyers. The website of the same name also provides a broad overview of affordable artworks by established and contemporary artists.
An assortment of photography, paintings, sculptures and graphic design will be on show and luring young buyers into purchasing their first piece of art for a competitive price. For a small price you can own a piece of art by an established artist thanks to the Mondriaanfonds and with the Art Purchase Scheme, it allows young and first time buyers to buy on credit with help from ABN AMRO. You won’t even have to pay interest as it will be compensated by Mondriaanfonds. At the event you can make inquiries with the ‘We Like Art’ Staff to make arrangements.
