Winter is coming early to Amsterdam with the VRIJ Winter-Fest dancing off on the first day of November.
What better and warmer way to welcome the frosty months to come than to dance the night energetically away to electro-heavy music?
Those who had the fun to attend this festival in previous years would be familiar with the often unique and way-out locations that have been chosen for it. Westerkerk, Museumplein, the plush Okura Hotel and even a bus terminal had been chosen as music venues.
This year the already energetic music festival gets even more sportive, as it is being held on the playing field at the Amsterdam Olympic Stadium on that Friday 1 November. In the Glass Winter Palace will be two indoor areas where you can dance on the beats from Nuno dos Santos, Eelke Kleijn and many other artist.
From about 5 pm until 1 am the next day, it’s non-stop music and dancing, hopefully under moon and stars, for party-goers to end a busy working week.
Go to the VRIJ website for details of the festival line-up and to buy tickets that cost €22.50 for early bird and €27.50 standard.
