From early June till late August, cafe-restaurant Pllek presents their new summer open-air movie program in collaboration with Cine and Films with a View. The screenings take place every Tuesday after the sunset, provided that the weather allows. This week on the agenda is Cape Fear (1991). The entry is free.

Last chance to enjoy live music on the roof of NEMO Science Museum! She show starts at 17:30 and goes on until 21:00. The roof of NEMO is free to visit and open to everyone.

Amsterdam City Swim

3 September / Amsterdam canals

Amsterdam City Swim is an annual 2,000-meters swim organized to raise funds to fight motor neurone disease. Head to the city center this Sunday to support over 2,500 brave swimmers or sign up to take part yourself! Let’s join forces to make a difference!

Rooftop Hot Tub Session at Volkshotel Amsterdam

Imagine yourself sitting in an open-air hot tub, with a drink in your hand, listening to live music and staring at beautiful views of Amsterdam. Sounds good, doesn’t it? And what is even more surprising – the event is free. All you need to do is to come early enough to get a spot!

Sunday Market

3 September / Westergasfabriek

Held on the first Sunday of every month at Amsterdam’s lively Westergasfabriek, the Sunday Market is the place to be on Sunday afternoon. Offering a chance to shop for art, fashion, design and food at the same time, this beloved market brings together all foodies, rummagers and art lovers of the Dutch capital. The entrance is free.

Live At Amsterdamse Bos

10 July – 15 September / Bostheater

Live At Amsterdamse Bos is a series of outdoor concerts and theater performances taking place during the summer season at one of the Amsterdam hidden gems – the Bostheater. The theater is in Dutch, but music has no language barriers! See the line-up and full program on the link above.
