Welcome to our weekly Amsterdam guide! Let’s look at what the Dutch capital has to offer!
Sushi Time presents the longest sushi bar in the Netherlands! The pop-up restaurant will appear at RAI Amsterdam, during the Horecava 2017, between January 9 and 12. We’d recommend booking your spot in advance as some of the days are fully booked already. See here to find out more about the Horecava and what it has to offer.
It’s hard to deny that the 21-century world is obsessed with digital technologies. Dutch choreographer Nanine Linning expresses concerns about this obsession in her latest work – spectacular modern dance performance called ‘Silver’. Catch it at Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam on January 11.
Light My Night is the name of the 10K run happening in Vondelpark this Saturday. In association with ‘Lights and More’ and through the joint efforts of hundreds of runners decorating their clothes with lights, Vondelpark will be beautifully lit up for the occasion. Join as a participant or come there as a spectator to enjoy the unusual ‘light show’.
Are you still able to see your hometown through the eyes of a tourist? Do you notice how beautiful Amsterdam is and how much it has to offer? The Hotel Night is a great chance to remind yourself about it. More than 30 hotels participating in the event are ready to provide the residents of Amsterdam with discounted rates for a stay, as well as many special activities. Don’t miss it!
